Lucy Ramirez

Lucy Ramirez, Realtor for Carole Kay Realty, Inc., has lived in Florida for over 30 years.  She holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, and a Masters degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.  

After working in the corporate environment specializing in Human Resources for 12 years, Lucy pursued her long-term goal of being a Realtor so that she can assist clients with meeting their dream of owning a home.   Lucy joined Carole Kay Realty, Inc. immediately upon licensure in the field as the agency is known for its integrity, professionalism and for mentoring their agents throughout their professional career.  

Her educational background and professional experience in Human Resources has enabled Lucy to become a mentor to new agents, and a consultant to fellow agents looking for helpful feedback.  Lucy’s passion for Real Estate and for her clients fuels her success.   Lucy lives locally in Boynton Beach with her family and enjoys many hobbies including scuba diving, golf and traveling.
